In the study participants were given a watch, half had the frequency technology, half didn’t. No one, not even those conducting the study knew who had received which watch. All participants had trouble sleeping well for the last three months. Depending on how often the participants wore the watch (day and/or night time), different groups reported varying positive results: some felt more refreshed in the morning, some were able to fall asleep faster and sleeping better and longer, some had better dreams, etc.
